Hot Tub Club Members get priority booking for their water changes as they are booked into the diary at the start of the year
The membership is for 12 months - if you wish to cancel your membership before the 12 months is up some fees may apply to cover the services you have already received.
The following12 months will continue automatically unless you have informed us of your wishes to cancel.
To cancel membership you will need to email / write to us , all fees must be paid in full prior to us agreeing to the cancellation.
10% off only applies to covers after 24 months of continued membership.
As a member you get 10% off all call outs , in addition the price of the water changes are reduce and we give you 10% off the price of our chemicals and accessories in return we ask that we are your supplier of chemicals and accessories , if you wish to source them else where you can continue paying monthly but we will return you to the normal rate for your water changes, call outs. and supplies so your monthly amount will increase
The first month is due at the start of your membership prior to a visit being made
We ask that you set up a standing order to cover the monthly payments.
Continued non payment or chasing for non payment will result in your membership being cancelled and payments in full required for services already used.
